When we decided to sell our house in Las Vegas, we were referred to Jay Jenks and at first we were apprehensive, but after meeting with Jay , he put us at ease with his cheery attitude , professionalism and vast knowledge of real estate in Las Vegas and now we are so grateful that he represented us on this sale.
Jay is the most generous person when it came to servicing our needs and selling our house. He told us he would be available 24/7 and although we did not take advantage of that, nobody has ever offered us this kind of service.
He was very knowledgeable and very efficient when it came to advertising, marketing and creating wide exposure for our property. He even made sure that our interests were always protected when dealing with the buyers’ realtors.
He also followed up diligently and made sure that every detail was done correctly which led to the quick closing of our house. Jay knew the right people as far as financing, title company and other services a seller or buyer might need to finalize the deal efficiently and promptly.
Lastly, Jay has a good sense of humor that can easily put us at ease but he also was a tough negotiator when the Buyer kept asking and kept asking for unrealistic concessions.
We highly recommend Jay Jenks and his group for all your real estate needs in Las vegas and we will surely use him again when we buy another house in Las Vegas.

My wife and I are writing in regards to Jay Jenks. Prior to meeting Jay, we were “working” with another realtor from another firm. That realtor did not return calls, cancelled appointments at the last minute, and was always very cold in phone calls or emails. Jay was the complete opposite. From the moment we had contact with Jay, he was nothing but professional. The first meeting and every meeting afterwards, Jay was always on time and cheerful. You could tell right away that Jay did not seem like the type of slimy realtors you hear about. Jay was very patient with our needs and never once rushed us into buying a house. He definitely understood the importance of the decision. Even though we were not million dollar customers, he treated us like ones.
Once we found the first home we wanted to place a bid on, Jay used his expertise to guide us into making a well-placed bid. Once that bid went through, we had a slight problem with our credit union who we were working with on the loan. We thought all was done, but Jay then recommended us to a different loan company, who financed us even better than the credit union. He never gave up on helping us and told us over and over how it was going to work out.
We did not get the bid on the first house, but it worked out perfectly. Jay showed us a house in a different area than we were originally looking at. He knew what our needs were, and he knew this house would be the one for us. Once we placed the bid on the house and we went to sign, Jay was informed at the last minute that our house had HOA dues, which were never conveyed to him or us at the beginning. Jay got right to work as we were signing. He went through the HOA paperwork and found out that the HOA was incorrect about our house owing dues. Jay immediately got on the phone and called them. They were not cooperative, and it was holding up our closing date. Jay did everything in his power to correct the situation in a very professional way. Finally he went to the HOA for us and collected the correct paperwork so we could close on time with the title company.
We would highly recommend Jay to anyone buying any property. We are extremely fortunate that we met him and were able to do business with him.

Dear Jay,
Had we not met you, we could have made a costly mistake. We were working with another agent, who incidentally, give us very poor advice and almost pressured us into overbidding on a house. Thank goodness, your office’s listing caught our eyes.
Your honest and straight-forward explanation of the foreclosure process made us feel at ease. You were always thorough and patient when answering our numerous questions, even if it meant explaining it again, and again, and again.
When we expressed an interest in a house in the same neighborhood that hadn’t been on the market yet, you were very diligent and immediately called us when it came on the market. We were concerned about buying a foreclosed home with a swimming pool and spa, but you skillfully negotiated with the bank for the repair of the pool/spa heater and got them to agree to provide a home warranty that would also cover the pool and spa.
You’re a person who truly understands the meaning of “providing” the best service with a smile, instead of “selling” a product to your client. You made us laugh and made what could have been a very stressful time in our lives more enjoyable.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work and dedication. You explained the process of buying a house every step of the way. I appreciated that because it made me feel confident that things were running in the right direction. We had been looking for a house for about a year. We worked with two people prior to working with you and we thought we were not going to be able to buy a house because people were not dedicated enough to make that dream a reality.
